Revathi Mohan, Principal, Solicitor & Barrister
Revathi Mohan (“Rev”) completed her Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University in 2008. Rev has more than a decade of legal experience which includes her 10 years of practice in Family Law in Perth, Western Australia and prior to this, several years of experience in the areas of Family Law, Divorce Law, Criminal Law, Conveyancing and Arbitration in Singapore.
Rev has vast experience in diverse aspects of family law from complex financial matters to issues involving children. Rev strongly believes in delivering timely and high calibre legal advice to her clients. Significantly, Rev has worked with leading Counsels at complex Trials (both financial and parenting matters) and achieved successful outcome for her clients.
When children are involved, Rev is extremely skilled at negotiating parenting arrangements and provides clients an honest view on whether the Family Court of WA would find their proposals reasonable and whether these proposals are in the children’s best interests. As a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer, Rev also provides a holistic and compassionate approach to reaching solutions that focus on the children’s needs.
Either at Court or in Mediation, Rev uses her independent and analytical mind to tackle legal problems. Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills interfaced with sensibility, Rev strives to handle her clients’ individual needs and emotions with warmth and wisdom.
Rev is listed in various panels of Legal Aid of Western Australia such as Independent Children’s Lawyer/Child Representative, Family Law, Divorce Law, Dispute Resolution (Children & Property) and Care & Protection.
Apart from Family Court representation, Rev provides representation at Care & Protection Matters at the Perth Children’s Court for clients including children. Rev also provides drafting of Will services. Perth Lawyers.

Ade Olowookere, Juris Doctor Law, Solicitor & Barrister
Ade Olowookere specialises in the area of Family Law, involving separation and divorce, property and financial settlement and parenting matters. Since her admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in the State of Western Australia, Ade has been practising mainly in Family Law.
Ade takes pride in clients’ satisfaction and assists her clients to reach an amicable resolution out of the court, where possible. Ade does not, and will not rush her clients’ matters needlessly to court. Ade is of the belief that litigation is only a last resort, however where parties are unable to reach a unanimous decision on their matters based on the complexity of the matter, Ade can also provide court representation, if required.
Ade understands that family law matters can be emotionally stressful, therefore, she provides a sympathetic and practical environment where clients can discuss their issues. She assists her clients to formulate a tailored strategy based on their circumstances and the option that best meet their family needs.
